Due to hygiene reasons and to ensure product integrity:
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the item has a manufacturing defect

- All 925 silver products come with a lifetime warranty
- You can visit any City Stones branch for free maintenance or polishing
- Natural stones are covered under warranty as long as the stone remains intact
